- Head south on Lohman Ford Rd for five miles
- Turn right onto Bluffwater Way
- Turn left onto Sugar Maple Dr
- Turn right onto Silver Maple Dr
- Turn left onto Westwater Ct
- Waterford Marina will be at the end of the street
From Jonestown, TX:
- Head southwest on RM 1431 W for four miles
- Turn left onto Lohman Ford Rd
- After 6.2 miles, turn right onto Bluffwater Way
- Turn left onto Sugar Maple Drive
- Turn right onto Silver Maple Dr
- Turn left onto Westwater Ct
- Waterford Marina will be at the end of the street
From Point Venture, TX:
- Head northeast on Venture Blvd S
- Turn right onto Venture Blvd N
- Take a slight left onto Lohman Ford Rd
- Take the first left onto Bluffwater Way
- Turn left onto Sugar Maple Drive
- Turn right onto Silver Maple Dr
- Turn left onto Westwater Ct
- Waterford Marina will be at the end of the street
From Volente, TX:
- Head east on FM 2769 for five miles
- Turn left onto Dies Ranch Rd
- Turn left onto Anderson Mill Rd and follow for 3.8 miles
- Turn left onto RM 1431 W and follow for 9.2 miles
- Turn left onto Lohman Ford Rd
- After 6.2 miles, turn right onto Bluffwater Way
- Turn left onto Sugar Maple Drive
- Turn right onto Silver Maple Dr
